Atmosphere kombucha must be stored in the fridge. It has a 4 month shelf life unopened. Once opened its good in the fridge for a week.

    So blown away by their customer service after a bad exprience

    A few days back I’d written a negative review owing to a poor customer service interaction I had had with the brand. Yesterday, I got a call from the owner profusely apologising about the mishap, and explaining to me that a technical glitch led them to never receive my complaints, because of which they couldn’t resolve my issue.

    Today, I come home to a crate of kombucha. They didn’t have to go out of the way to fix this; I was, in fact, very appreciative of the fact that the owner herself called me to apologise, but the fact that they did, makes me love this brand even more! Other brand owners, take note - THIS is how you do customer service.
