These delicious peanut butter pops are the perfect healthy ice cream to cool you down on a summer day. For all you peanut butter lovers out there, these are creamy, nutty, and delicious.
1 can coconut milk
1 C peanut butter
1/3 C honey
1 ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 pinch salt
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (around 30 seconds to 1 minute)
- Pour into popsicle moulds. If you don't have these, you can pour them into little bowls to eat from later.
- Freeze overnight.
- When removing, pour hot water over the outside of your popsicle mould so that they slide out easily.
