    Our hormonal health is intricately connected to our blood sugar. The more out of whack and unbalanced our blood sugar, the more we will experience hormonal highs and lows. It’s extremely important to balance the blood sugar through what we are eating - this will in turn help bring stress down as well. Healthy fats and protein are key to maintaining stable energy and avoiding the highs and lows of energy that are all too common. 


  • Reducing Stress

    A body in stress puts a huge load on all of the systems in the body. When we are stressed, our body has to make the difficult decision: shall I survive today or live for tomorrow? It cannot prioritise creating hormones when it has to focus on surviving for today such as what happens when we are in a high stress state. Reduce your stress and many things will balance themselves naturally. Think of it this way- bringing in stress is like fighting a downhill battle. You could win, but why stack all the odds against you?
