At Atmosphere, we believe that a healthy gut is essential for a healthy body and mind. Our wellness workshops are built to help you thrive in your body through better habits and knowledge to empower you in your own life.


This Cleanse is a 7-day reset that will prep your body, gut and mind for the season ahead. This easy-to-follow guided program is created by Atmosphere’s founders Rebekah and Ariella to help you renew, detox and refresh yourself from the inside out.

Date: January  25th-31st

Over one week, you’ll learn how to heal your gut, remove toxins from your body and focus on true nourishment through foods that are amazing for your system.

Complete with a daily meal plan and recipes straight from the Atmosphere kitchen, this cleanse is effectively designed to make you feel more energetic and refreshed.

Who will you learn with?

The program is designed and led by Rebekah and Ariella Blank, who are the founders of Atmosphere. Their goal is to make gut health awareness available to everyone and help you thrive in your body. Ariella is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Rebekah has had years of experience in the F&B industry creating healthy meals.

It’s extremely important to balance the blood sugar through what we are eating - this will in turn help bring stress down as well. Healthy fats and protein are key to maintaining stable energy and avoiding the highs and lows of energy that are all too common.

    A body in stress puts a huge load on all of the systems in the body. When we are stressed, our body has to make the difficult decision: shall I survive today or live for tomorrow? It cannot prioritise creating hormones when it has to focus on surviving for today such as what happens when we are in a high stress state.
