I promise that this recipe tastes better than it sounds. I remember the first time I tried it, I was very hesitant but I had read about how detoxifying it was and I wanted to be one of those people that drinks salad for breakfast, who doesn't? And so I gave it a go. And to my surprise, although this green juice is mostly just salad, the lemon, mint and stevia really balance out the taste so you feel like you're drinking a fresh morning mojito, with all the benefits of eating an entire salad.
This recipe is my go to on a day when I don't have a chance to get some fresh greens into my meal plan or when I just need an extra green boost. The best part is that it's super simple to make!
You will need:
Place all of your ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately!
