Join us for an immersive 30 day experience during which we dive deep into every aspect of wellness and gain an understanding of our unique female hormones and their cycles.

Why Reset Your Hormones

Your hormones affect everything in your life- how you feel, your energy levels, your sleep, and sense of wellbeing. Unbalanced hormones can leave you feeling insecure, hangry, or just generally out of whack and low in the vitality spectrum. We want to empower you to put your health in your own hands by teaching you what factors affect the hormones and how to balance them naturally.

  • Balancing Blood Sugar

    Our hormonal health is intricately connected to our blood sugar. The more out of whack and unbalanced our blood sugar, the more we will experience hormonal highs and lows. It’s extremely important to balance the blood sugar through what we are eating - this will in turn help bring stress down as well. Healthy fats and protein are key to maintaining stable energy and avoiding the highs and lows of energy that are all too common. 


  • Reducing Stress

    A body in stress puts a huge load on all of the systems in the body. When we are stressed, our body has to make the difficult decision: shall I survive today or live for tomorrow? It cannot prioritise creating hormones when it has to focus on surviving for today such as what happens when we are in a high stress state. Reduce your stress and many things will balance themselves naturally. Think of it this way- bringing in stress is like fighting a downhill battle. You could win, but why stack all the odds against you?

    Our state of mind is intricately affected by the atmosphere around us. It is all so important to have a community around you they is supportive of change and ready to hold your hand along the way. We value the support that being surrounded by like minded individuals around you who are ready to change gives, and make this process as integrated and easy as possible with daily reminders as well as WhatsApp groups and zoom calls to surround you with all the motivation and empathy that you need in this exciting time of change.
